It is hard to give an estimated wait time when it comes to returns & warranties as the solution often depends on the nature of the issue encountered. Valves under warranty that have failed and are repairable will be repaired at no cost. In some cases valves will be sent to a third party supplier for repair, which will add additional wait time. Once repaired the valve will be returned to the customer.

Tanks that are defective and under warranty are returned to the supplier, once a credit has been received, a credit will be issued to the dealer. Units deemed to have a manufacturer's defect will be credited or replaced.
